Bubble Maps Visualization

The Bubble Map feature on GDEX.pro provides an interactive visualization of the TOP100 popular tokens by market capitalization, offering an intuitive way to understand market dynamics and token relationships.

Accessing the Bubble Map Feature

The Bubble Map feature is accessible from the main navigation menu at the top of the GDEX.pro interface. Simply click on "BUBBLE MAP" to access this feature.

Understanding the Bubble Map Interface

The Bubble Map page displays an interactive visualization where tokens are represented as bubbles. The size, color, and position of each bubble convey important information about the token's market status.

Key Elements of the Bubble Map

The Bubble Map interface includes the following elements:

  1. Bubble Map Header: Indicates you're viewing the Bubble Map feature

  2. Feature Description: Explains that you're viewing a visualization of TOP100 tokens

  3. Interactive Visualization: The main bubble chart displaying tokens

  4. Legend/Controls: Tools to help interpret and interact with the visualization

  5. Token Information Panel: Detailed information about selected tokens

Interpreting the Bubble Map

The Bubble Map uses several visual elements to represent token data:

Bubble Size

The size of each bubble represents the token's market capitalization. Larger bubbles indicate tokens with higher market caps, while smaller bubbles represent tokens with lower market caps.

Bubble Color

Colors typically represent performance metrics:

  • Green: Positive performance (price increase)

  • Red: Negative performance (price decrease)

  • Color Intensity: May indicate the magnitude of price change

Bubble Position

The position of bubbles on the map can represent different relationships:

  • Proximity: Tokens that are related or in similar categories may be positioned closer together

  • Clusters: Groups of bubbles may represent market sectors or token categories

  • X/Y Axes: May represent different metrics depending on the current view

Interacting with the Bubble Map

The Bubble Map is fully interactive, allowing you to explore token data in detail:

Hovering and Clicking

  • Hover: Hover over a bubble to see basic information about the token

  • Click: Click on a bubble to select it and view detailed information in the information panel

  • Double-click: May zoom in on a specific area of the map

Zooming and Panning

  • Zoom: Use the mouse wheel or pinch gestures to zoom in and out

  • Pan: Click and drag to move around the visualization

Filtering and Sorting

  • Filter Controls: Use available filters to focus on specific token categories

  • Sort Options: Change how tokens are organized on the map

Using the Bubble Map for Analysis

The Bubble Map provides powerful visual analysis capabilities:

Market Overview

Get a quick visual overview of the entire market:

  • Which tokens have the largest market caps

  • Which sectors are performing well or poorly

  • How tokens relate to each other

Trend Identification

Identify market trends at a glance:

  • Clusters of similarly performing tokens

  • Outliers that are performing differently from their peers

  • Shifts in market dynamics over time

Token Comparison

Compare tokens visually:

  • Size differences show relative market capitalization

  • Color differences show relative performance

  • Positioning shows relationships between tokens

Best Practices for Using the Bubble Map

To make the most of the Bubble Map feature:

  1. Start with the Big Picture: First look at the overall visualization to understand market trends

  2. Zoom In for Details: Focus on specific areas or clusters that interest you

  3. Use Filters: Apply filters to focus on specific token categories or metrics

  4. Compare Over Time: Check the Bubble Map regularly to see how market dynamics change

  5. Combine with Other Features: Use insights from the Bubble Map to inform your research in other GDEX.pro features
